I have found a few things that have helped me along the way not only lose weight but keep it off.  If you look at my site you will find the tips that I use but please I want everyone to share what they have done to lose weight.  I try to find new fun ways to lose weight every day because if they are not fun most of us including me will lose interest over time so that is key when I am looking for a good weight loss program.
